This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information (“Personal Information”) is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from The Little Music Bazaar based in the UK (“Site”).
 

When you visit the Site, certain information is automatically collected about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
 

When you contact me, attempt to place, or actually place an order directly with me through the Site, I will receive Personal Information which may include your name, delivery name and address, email address, telephone number(s) and payment details from you. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
 

I will need to share your data in order to process your order or comply with the law. I will never knowingly use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
 

• With the payment company to fulfil your order (Paypal).

• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
 

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain Personal Information related to orders or customer queries for six years, after this time I will delete your data from my records unless it is required in a court of law in connection with a legal claim.  If you have opted for the Site to retain your Personal Information at time of sale, it may remain with the Site for longer than this period of time.
 

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Paypal, blogging platforms and any social media site.
